After celebrating a raft of award wins in 2018, RevLifter is up for an additional five prizes at the 2019 UK Performance Marketing Awards.

Our AI-powered solutions help retailers achieve their goals for incentivisation by serving personalised deals to the customers they want to convert.

After enjoying plenty of success over a first full year in operation, RevLifter has been nominated at the prestigious UK Performance Marketing Awards in the following categories:

  • Best Performance Marketing Technology
  • Best Affiliate Marketing Innovation
  • Best Retail Campaign (with Laithwaites Wine)
  • Best Use of Data (with Office Outlet)
  • Global Excellence (with HP)

Each category represents a different type of achievement — from the driving of results across key global markets, to the use of data for converting customers. They also add weight to the praise being heaped on RevLifter’s innovative, market-leading technology, as well as the strategies that power its results.

Capturing the proposition

Our technology gleans data from a customer’s live basket and on-site behaviour to establish their value in the eyes of a retailer. The criteria for delivering a reward (e.g. a discount) is informed by their goals for incentivisation. These could be around driving AOV, converting new customers, increasing full-price sales or something completely different.

Each piece of insight is used to inform the offers that populate RevLifter’s dynamic deals pages, on-site messages and other tools. A final play comes from the use of AI and machine learning to deliver the incentive that is most likely to convert, based on past campaign results.

Speaking of the nominations, Simon Bird, co-founder of RevLifter, said: “We’ve been successful in winning awards off the back of our very first campaigns. What’s more impressive is how these five nominations capture our proposition of great technology, available on a global scale, powered by data.

“It’s a compelling acknowledgment of what we stand for as a business and proof that we’re competing with some of the mainstays in performance marketing.”

Continued progress

RevLifter is building from a solid 2018. Last year saw its claiming of Best Use of Data with shoe brand Clarks at the CJ You Awards in Santa Barbara, California. This followed a victory in Best Performance Marketing Campaign for APAC at the International Performance Marketing Awards, where RevLifter also received highly commended in Best Performance Marketing Technology.

Its successes have led to adoption by some of the world’s biggest brands, for whom RevLifter continues to report double-digit increases in AOV and conversion rates against their top partners. Current users include EE, Currys PC World, TM Lewin and Puma, with a number of high-profile campaigns going live in 2019.

Advertisers are now beginning to explore the full breadth of the technology and many have incorporated external data points, like the weather and stock-keeping units, into their incentivisation strategies.

The 2019 UK Performance Marketing Awards take place on April 30, 2019, at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
